Golf Cart LiFePO4 Battery Series (36V / 48V / 72V)

UFOPOWER's golf cart LiFePO4 battery series is the drop-in lithium replacement for 6V or 8V lead-acid battery banks. Upgrading transforms cart performance: faster acceleration, consistent speed on inclines, and up to 4× longer cycle life. A typical 48V/100Ah pack provides 40–50 km of range on a single charge, with full charge time cut from about 8 hours (lead-acid) to just 2–3 hours. The drop-in design fits standard battery compartments with minimal modification.

As a professional lithium battery manufacturer, UFOPOWER builds every pack with LiFePO4 (LFP) cells on quality-controlled production lines. Available platforms span 38.4V (36V class), 51.2V (48V class), 70.4V and 76.8V (72V class) with capacities from 80Ah to 210Ah, each protected by an intelligent BMS. OEM/ODM customization is available for capacity, BMS parameters, connectors, and communication protocols (CANbus & RS485).

Key Features

The series delivers 2,000–3,000 standard charge cycles (@25°C, 0.5C charge/discharge, up to 8–12 years of service) versus 400–600 cycles for lead-acid, with packs up to 70% lighter for faster acceleration and easier steering. An 80–100% usable depth of discharge and 90–95% charge efficiency extract far more usable energy per charge, and stable performance from -20°C to 60°C keeps carts dependable in any season. The intelligent BMS handles over-charge, over-discharge, and over-temperature protection, and the packs are maintenance-free – no water to add, no terminals to clean, no corrosion checks.

The series is the go-to upgrade for private golf carts, golf courses and country clubs, retirement communities, and large residential complexes. It also powers fleet carts and resort or campus shuttle carts where all-day range, fast charging, and low maintenance directly improve operational productivity.
