The QD24V135Ah is a 24V 135Ah smart lithium truck battery with 3.45 kWh of usable energy, built for heavy-duty trucks, sleeper cabs and commercial vehicle fleets. Modern trucks carry air conditioning, refrigeration, microwaves, electric stovetops, lighting and many other onboard electronics, and these loads quickly wear down a standard lead-acid battery. By combining a high-quality lithium battery module, an advanced battery management system and a self-heating temperature module in one 2-in-1 unit, the QD24V135Ah delivers both engine starting and eAPU auxiliary power from a single pack.

Compared with the two 12V lead-acid batteries it replaces, this pack is far lighter, holds more usable power and lasts dramatically longer. It is especially suited to medium-duty trucks and mixed fleets that need more auxiliary runtime for overnight cab appliances. All models share the same 24V platform, working voltage range and smart features, so the QD24V135Ah can be specified alongside the rest of the series to standardize a mixed fleet.

2000+ Cycles and 90% Depth of Discharge

Lead-acid batteries have a depth of discharge of only about 50% and roughly 200 charge cycles, so discharging them too deeply wears them out fast. The QD24V135Ah is engineered for long, deep service instead.

• 2000+ charge cycles at 100% depth of discharge – around ten times the life of a typical lead-acid battery • 90% usable depth of discharge, close to double the usable power of a lead-acid battery of the same amp-hour rating • 1 smart lithium battery replaces up to 10 pairs of lead-acid batteries over its service life • Automatic power-saving mode reserves enough charge for engine starting, so drivers never need a jump start

Winter-Proof Starting with Automatic Self-Heating

Cold weather drains lead-acid cranking power and can leave a truck stranded. The QD24V135Ah keeps starting reliably in the coldest conditions.

• Full starting function at temperatures as low as -40 °C • Built-in temperature module self-heats automatically after a failed cold crank and quickly warms the battery • When charging below 5 °C the pack self-heats to 10 °C and then stops heating automatically • Up to 2400 A maximum cranking current for dependable cold starts • Wide operating range of -40 °C to 65 °C for year-round fleet use

Lightweight, Drop-in and Smart-Connected

The QD24V135Ah replaces a pair of lead-acid batteries with one compact, connected pack that is easy to install and monitor.
